We understand that life does not always go according to schedule. Flights get delayed, meetings get rescheduled, and sometimes you just change your mind. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to you while also being fair to us — because when you cancel, that vehicle sits idle and we cannot rent it to someone else on short notice.
How much you get back depends on when you cancel relative to your scheduled pickup time:

Cancellations are processed through the same channel you used to book — WhatsApp or phone. Send us a message or call +91 7417410001 with your booking details and we will confirm the cancellation within 30 minutes during working hours. Please do not assume a booking is cancelled until you receive our confirmation message.
Refunds are processed through the same payment method you used originally. If you paid via UPI, the refund goes back to the same UPI ID. If you paid cash, we refund in cash at our Janakpuri office or via bank transfer if you prefer. Card refunds follow standard banking timelines and may take up to 7 business days to reflect in your statement.
Want to change your dates, switch to a different vehicle, or extend your rental? No problem — as long as you let us know at least 12 hours before the original pickup time. Modifications are subject to availability. If the new vehicle or dates cost more, you pay the difference. If they cost less, we refund the difference. There is no fee for modifying a booking.
If you return the vehicle earlier than planned, we appreciate the consideration but cannot offer refunds for unused days. The rental is charged for the full period originally booked. Our suggestion: if your plans are uncertain, book for a shorter period and extend later. Extensions are always easier than refunds.
A one-hour grace period is provided at no extra charge. Beyond that, late returns are charged at 1.5 times the hourly rate. If the vehicle is returned more than 6 hours late without prior notice, it counts as an additional full day. If you know you are going to be late, please call us — we are usually flexible if you give us a heads-up.
Your security deposit is separate from the rental payment and is refunded within 3 to 5 business days after the vehicle is returned, inspected, and cleared. If there are deductions for fuel shortfall, damage, or cleaning charges, we will share an itemised breakdown with photographs before processing the reduced refund.

We review every dispute personally and aim to resolve them within 7 business days. We would rather lose a few hundred rupees than a customer's trust.
