When we say "Ride-Raddy Wheel," "we," or "us," we are referring to the vehicle rental business operated by Durganand Singh as a sole proprietorship from Shop C-4C/383, Shri Radha Krishan Thakur Marg, Janakpuri, New Delhi 110058. When we say "you" or "renter," we mean the person booking and using one of our vehicles. By completing a booking with us, you agree to everything laid out in this document.
To rent a car, you need to be at least 21 years old with a minimum of one year of active driving experience. For bikes and scooters, the minimum age is 18 years. In both cases, you must hold a valid Indian driving licence that covers the class of vehicle you are renting. International visitors need a valid International Driving Permit alongside their home country licence. We reserve the right to decline a booking if your documents do not meet these requirements.

We photograph your documents for our records. These photographs are stored securely and deleted within 90 days of the rental ending, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Bookings are made through WhatsApp or by visiting our Janakpuri office. We confirm availability, share the total cost breakdown, and lock in the dates once you agree. Payment for the rental period is due in full before or at the time of vehicle handover. We accept cash, UPI transfers, and card payments. A separate refundable security deposit is also collected at handover — the exact amount depends on the vehicle category and is listed on our website.
The daily or weekly rate you see on our website covers the use of the vehicle for the agreed period, comprehensive insurance, and basic maintenance. It does not cover fuel, toll charges, traffic fines, parking fees, or any damage caused by negligence or misuse. For bikes, we include two helmets at no extra charge.
Every vehicle is handed over with a full tank (or fully charged, in the case of electric scooters). You are expected to return it in the same condition. If the fuel level at return is lower than at pickup, we will charge you for the difference at prevailing market rates plus a ₹200 refuelling convenience fee.
Daily rentals include a 250-kilometre allowance for cars and 200 kilometres for bikes. Weekly rentals include 1,500 kilometres for cars and 1,200 kilometres for bikes. If you exceed these limits, additional charges apply — ₹8 per extra kilometre for economy and comfort cars, ₹14 per extra kilometre for luxury and long-route vehicles, and ₹5 per extra kilometre for bikes and scooters.
Our vehicles are meant to be used within the Delhi NCR region — that includes Delhi, Noida, Greater Noida, Gurgaon, Faridabad, and Ghaziabad. If you want to take a vehicle to Meerut, Varanasi, or any other outstation destination, you need to inform us at the time of booking so we can arrange the necessary permits and adjust the pricing. Taking a vehicle outside the agreed service area without prior approval is a violation of this agreement.
Once the vehicle is in your hands, you are responsible for driving it safely and within the law. That means no drunk driving, no racing, no off-roading (unless the vehicle is specifically approved for it), no sub-letting the vehicle to someone else, and no using it for commercial purposes like ride-hailing or delivery services. You are also responsible for all traffic violations, toll charges, and parking fines incurred during your rental period.
Minor wear and tear from normal use is expected and covered. However, if the vehicle sustains damage beyond normal use — dents, scratches, broken mirrors, cracked windshields, mechanical damage from misuse — you are liable for the repair costs. We will deduct the repair amount from your security deposit first. If the damage exceeds the deposit amount, you will be billed for the difference. We provide photographic evidence and repair estimates before charging anything.
All our vehicles carry comprehensive insurance. In the event of an accident, the insurance covers third-party liability and vehicle damage as per the policy terms. However, insurance does not cover damage caused by drunk driving, driving without a valid licence, using the vehicle for illegal activities, or any situation where the renter is found to be in violation of these terms. In such cases, the renter bears full financial responsibility.
We understand that plans change. If you are going to be late returning the vehicle, let us know as soon as possible. A grace period of one hour is provided at no extra charge. Beyond that, late returns are charged at 1.5 times the hourly rate (calculated as the daily rate divided by 24). If the vehicle is returned more than 6 hours late without prior notice, it counts as an additional day at the full daily rate.
If you return the vehicle earlier than planned, we appreciate the gesture but cannot offer refunds for unused days. The rental is charged for the full period originally booked. If you think your plans might change, consider booking for a shorter period and extending later — extensions are always easier than refunds.
Your security deposit is refunded within 3 to 5 business days after the vehicle is returned, inspected, and cleared. We refund via the same method you used to pay — UPI, bank transfer, or cash. If there are deductions for fuel, damage, or late fees, we will share an itemised breakdown before processing the refund.
Our cancellation policy is detailed on a separate page. In short: cancel more than 48 hours before pickup and you get a full refund. Cancel between 24 and 48 hours and we refund 50%. Cancel within 24 hours and the booking amount is forfeited. No-shows receive no refund. Full details are on our Cancellation & Refund Policy page.
We may update these terms from time to time as our business evolves. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Major changes will be communicated via our website. By continuing to use our services after changes are posted, you accept the updated terms.
