When you book a vehicle or enquire through our website, WhatsApp, or phone, we may collect the following:
Every piece of information we collect has a specific purpose. We use your identity and document details to verify that you are legally eligible to drive the vehicle you are renting. We use your contact details to confirm bookings, send pickup reminders, and reach you in case of emergencies. Payment information is used to process deposits, refunds, and any additional charges. Website analytics help us understand which pages people visit most so we can improve the experience.
Document photographs are stored in an encrypted folder accessible only to Durganand Singh and one authorised staff member. Digital records (booking details, payment references) are maintained in a password-protected spreadsheet. We do not use cloud storage services for sensitive documents. Physical copies, if any, are kept in a locked cabinet at our Janakpuri office.
Photographs of your driving licence and Aadhaar are deleted within 90 days of your rental ending. Booking records and payment references are retained for 24 months for accounting and dispute resolution purposes. Website analytics data is anonymised after 12 months. If you want your data deleted sooner, email us and we will process the request within 15 business days.
